Adam Arndell
Adam Arndell
 
Adam has over 20 years experience in marketing, communications, and event management, with roles in creative strategy development, campaign execution and business management.

Over this time Adam has worked with many global blue-chip organisations across a range of industries including fast moving consumer goods, agribusiness, community organisations, government, finance and the telecommunications sector. These roles have seen Adam work both on the client side in internal marketing roles, as well as for large global marketing and communications agencies in Sydney and Melbourne.

Having grown up in a farming family in the New England area of NSW, Adam has always had a love for regional and rural Australia. A recent move back to the region highlighted a missing link in regional and rural marketing and communications services and hence C7EVEN Communications was founded.

Adam has a Master of Business Administration (International Marketing), a Bachelor of Business (Marketing / Business Management), and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management.

Sara Crowe
Sara Crowe
 
Sara has over a decade of experience in communication, stakeholder engagement, public relations and event management.

Prior to establishing C7EVEN Communications, Sara held various in-house communication positions for national organisations and the Federal Government before joining a leading agency where she spent the last three years developing and implementing successful communication campaigns for a range of clients including; corporate agribusinesses, research and development corporations, local and federal government agencies and academia.

Sara is passionate about regional Australia having grown up on the Monaro and experiencing first hand some of the issues faced by regional Australians. Now located in Tamworth her ambition is to close the city country divide by connecting clients with their audiences in real and meaningful ways.

Sara holds a Bachelor of Communications (Public Relations) and is currently studying for Graduate Diploma in Psychology.
