The Story

For over ten years, c7even has proudly stood beside KUHN Farm Machinery as a trusted communications partner. So when it came time to reignite KUHN’s flagship triennial event, the KUHN Expo, we knew this wasn’t just another farm machinery showcase. This was a chance to create something extraordinary.

Held triennial, the Kuhn Expo offered a rare opportunity for KUHN dealers, partners, and customers to step into KUHN’s world, not just as spectators, but as honoured guests. It was about more than machinery. It was about connection, education, and a bold demonstration of KUHN’s commitment to innovation and excellence in agriculture.

Our Challenge

Our mission? To deliver end-to-end planning and execution of the KUHN Expo, from strategic communications and PR to on-the-ground event management and content capture. Every element had to reflect KUHN’s premium positioning while creating an unforgettable experience for attendees. We were tasked with:

 

  • Driving registrations and awareness through a comprehensive PR, marketing and communications campaign
  • Managing logistics, suppliers, risk and safety, and all moving parts of the event
  • Capturing high-value content to tell the KUHN story long after the event ended

Our Approach

Event Strategy & Management
From the first planning call to the final guest farewell, we approached the KUHN Expo with clear structure and creative flair. We mapped key milestones, coordinated dozens of suppliers, and meticulously planned every touchpoint, from transport and catering to merchandise and MC management.

Marketing, PR & Communications
To build momentum and maximise attendance, we developed a multi-channel campaign that spoke directly to KUHN’s audience. Across digital, traditional and earned media platforms, we pushed awareness of the Expo far and wide. The result? More than 1.8 million people reached during the promotional campaign.

Media engagement delivered strong results too, with 50+ media mentions in national ag publications, local media, and farm machinery outlets across Australia.

Content Creation That Captured the Moment
Our content team was on the ground capturing the heartbeat of the Expo. Through daily wrap-up videos, highlight reels, and authentic testimonials, we bottled the energy and engagement of the day for future marketing use.

These assets weren’t just content, they became stories. Stories that live well beyond the event, celebrating KUHN’s leadership and leaving a lasting impression on current and future customers alike.
