The Challenge

We teamed up with HNECC PHN and NSW Regional Health Partners to craft Bounce: a bold, cohesive brand platform designed to unify, elevate, and energise the conversation around healthy weight. Bounce isn’t just a paint‑job, it’s a purposeful catalyst for behaviour change.

The Hunter New England Central Coast Primary Health Network (HNECC PHN) faced a pressing public health issue: overweight and obesity were taking a toll across their communities. The goal? Equip healthcare professionals and, in turn, the people they support, with powerful, evidence‑backed messaging to inspire real change.

Our Approach

Bounce began with listening. We immersed ourselves in the community, uncovering real challenges and shared aspirations through workshops, interviews, and research. These insights became the heartbeat of a strategy built on evidence and empathy.

From that foundation, we created a messaging framework that spoke with clarity and purpose, giving every audience a voice along the care continuum. Bounce emerged not as a campaign, but as a brand with momentum—flexible, enduring, and aligned with PHN’s vision for better health.

To empower action, we delivered a complete toolkit: practical resources, training guides, and a communications plan ready for real-world impact. The result was more than a launch—it was a movement, uniting stakeholders under a single, powerful identity to drive lasting change in community health.
