The Voice Of Region: Prize draw terms and conditions

These terms apply to the prize draw run with The Voice Of Region survey. By entering the draw you accept these terms.

1. Promoter

The promoter is C7EVEN, Level 1, Suite E, 307 Peel St, Tamworth NSW 2340 (the Promoter).

2. Promotional period

The draw opens on Friday 2 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 16 November 2026 (the Promotional Period). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Who can enter

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who live or work in regional, rural or remote Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter

To enter, complete The Voice Of Region survey during the Promotional Period, enter your first name and a valid email address in the final section of the survey, and accept these terms. Entry is free. Only one entry per person is permitted. If the same email address is used more than once, only the first entry will count.

5. Prizes

There are five prizes, each a $100 fuel card. The total prize pool is valued at up to $500 (AUD). Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Fuel cards are subject to the issuer’s own terms and conditions.

6. The draw

The draw will take place at 10am AEDT on Friday 20 November 2026 at the Promoter’s Tamworth office. Five valid entries will be drawn at random. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winners

Winners will be notified by email within two business days of the draw. Each winner must respond to the notification email to claim their prize. If a prize has not been claimed by 5pm AEDT on Friday 18 December 2026, a redraw will take place at 10am AEDT on Monday 21 December 2026 at the same location, and the new winner will be notified by email within two business days.

8. Your survey answers

Entering the draw does not affect how your survey answers are used. Survey results are reported in combined form only. We do not publish individual responses.

9. Privacy

The Promoter collects your name and email address to run the draw and contact winners. If you also choose to receive the report and C7EVEN insights, we will use your email address for that purpose and you can unsubscribe at any time. Your information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. General

The Promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes is fraudulent or does not meet these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or the use of any prize. If the draw cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may change, suspend or cancel it, subject to any applicable law or direction from a regulator.
