Our Challenge

The project required clear, accessible communication on technical modifications to a significant infrastructure project. Ensuring high quality engagement across a diverse regional community, while addressing complex questions from both residents and local businesses, was critical to building trust and support.

Our Approach

c7even delivered a multi-channel consultation program combining face-to-face drop-in hubs, virtual one-to-ones, webinars, street canvassing, and leave-behind materials.

For technical queries, individual videoconferences were coordinated with Tilt’s Melbourne-based project team.

Face-to-face engagement was prioritised to maximise understanding and encourage in-depth dialogue.

Comprehensive post-event reporting captured all feedback and data, directly informing the Project Modification Pre-lodgement.
